Hi, just wondering how others manage their outstanding mortgages when nearing the end of a mortgage term. I have ten years left on existing interest only mortgage. I plan to keep my two properties and use as a pension income eventually. What do most other landlords do - remortgage for a longer period, do most try to overpay or capital repayment to eventually pay off or just remortgage with the intention of making gains as and when you do decide to sell? Thanks.
