I have recently completed on my first buy-to-let and it is with a tenant in situ , my question is do I need to do a new AST or the old one still valid until it expires (witch is in 2 months ) and what else do I need to do to be compliant ?
I have researched on what I need to do at the start of a new tenancy but I'm a bit lost when it comes to taking over an existing one.
Thank you
