I have a property let under an old regulated tenancy (commenced in October 1992). Rent Smart Wales are changing existing contracts from 15th July this year, but I can't find anything about regulated tenancies. The Rent Officer Wales regulates the rent on this property. Can you tell me if I need to raised a contract with the tenant as per their regulations or does this not apply in this case?
