I begin my current AST agreement on 21st Janaury 2022 and wanted to give notice to tenant after the 6 month period ...plus two months as the contract states. Now that new contract or licencing is coming in in wales from 22nd July 2022 am I bound by the new contract terms? Or can I proceed as my exisitng AST agreement says and give two months notice of 21st July 2022 to quit by 21st September 2022.
