Hi, I have rented out my home to a person under a license agreement. And I am now living in the same building but a different flat. My licensee has had 3 weeks of outstanding rent arrears and kept giving me excuses of not paying rent. I’ve also discovered that she has kept a pet and drilled holes into the walls without my permission. She has been very rude to me and threaten to take me to court if I contact her work.
