Good evening,
We have had a tenant in a house on an ast since May last year. At the time under the right to rent rules we took his french ID to prove his right to rent status which was allowed at the time. We have just gone to renew the ast with a rent review and I've asked for his share code and it doesn't appear he has applied for his settled status he doesn't really know much about it.
Where do we stand and what do we need to do?
