Getting money back after court order

Previous tenants have been ordered by courts to pay back non payment of rent and damaged property. I have gone through the court process and bailiffs have been to home. Couple then split and are at different addresses, I am at a loss what to do as bailiffs visited house once, I cannot locate other tenant (have paid twice for tenant locator service already). What are my options they owe £5000
