Room only tenancy agreement
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

I rent out a room in a flat and have signed a room only tenancy agreement (NRLA template used).
I do not share the flat with the tenant but have access to the communal areas.

The tenancy is due to expire on 31/05/21. I assume I will have to serve a section 21 notice within the next couple of days to end this tenancy. Is this correct?
