From 15th July 2022 the periodic AST agreement that I have in place will be converted to a Periodic Standard Occupation Contract under the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016. I intend issuing a new Periodic Standard Occupation Contract to my Tentant shortly after this date. Currently the AST is signed by a Guarantor as well as the Tenant. Should the Guarantor become one of the contract holders within the Occupation Contract or should a separate agreement be issued to the Guarantor? Also do any other adults living in the home such as the Tenants older children have to become contract holders?
