I am considering the PSL Scheme with Ealing Council. Has anyone had good/bad experience with PSL schemes? Would you recommend it? The council would rent out my house via their chosen private agency. The agency manages everything. Guaranteed rent. It's tempting because I travel a lot so I find it hard to manage the property myself. The agency has great reviews, but I'm concerned about having less control over the tenants and property.
