Has any member had experience of taking estate agent to court for failing to provide tenant reference report? I instructed the estate agent to provide tenant find service.
There is term of business in place between myself and estate agent, what do you think about below clause from the term of business?
''The Agent will take up references appropriate to the tenant applicant. If these references are in order the details of the applicant will be forwarded to The Landlord for written approval.''
