Hi! I need some advice. Legally are able to issue a new tenancy agreement to an existing tenant but include a clause or condition that states if they consistently run up arrears or break the obligations of the tenancy or any repayment schedules we will not renew the agreement when it is due for renewal. Are we able to stipulate this or does it go against the rights of the tenant? Any advice would be welcomed.

Thanks in advance.
