Any advice on how to word an AST with prorated days? The tenant will move in on 28 May but prefers to have rent due on 1 st of every month. She offers to pay for the 4 days/nights in May and the full amount for June in one go and then pay every 1 st of the month after that. From a previous query, I downloaded https://www.nrla.org.uk/resources/starting-a-tenancy/addendum-agreement. But I feel quite insecure about the wording. I imagine it is best to keep the obligation of the 28th of the month when giving notice. Many thanks in anticipation.
