Has anyone any experience of this as I have not in 30 years of managing property.

  1. Tenant complaining about Cherry Blossom falling from tree next door (not our property) and landing on her lawn.
  2. Another tenant complaining about pollen blowing off a perfectly healthy Willow. Tree at bottom of his (our) garden and he would like it chopping down.

Any suggestions as to response?
