Grants for High Heat Retention storage heaters for tenants on benefits

I have a studio becoming available in July. It is an EPC D rating and HHR storage heaters have been identified to help to get to a C. I was told that some grants are available for tenants on benefits. Does anyone know if this is the case and where I find these grants, as I can't find them?
