Just thought I would put it out there to see what other landlords would do.
I have a Tenant who still owes half their rent for December, all other months paid in full. Has his bother living with him not on the tenancy.
The problem I have is he is smoking in the flat, but worse from that he is smoking cannabis, too such an level that all the flats are complaining about it. You can get high standing in the communal area.
The police are not interested as he is not dealing.
