This scheme can provide free energy improvements where the tenant is eligible. My tenant has applied for the scheme, and of course, as the landlord I need to give permission for the assessment and work to proceed.

Has anybody used this scheme? I would be very interested to hear from other landlords'' experiences of using the scheme (good or bad).

The contract states that I give my full permission for the assessment and any works recommended from that assessment to process, with the condition that there is no cost to me as the landlord of the property.

It feels that I am giving too much control over to a 3rd party.
