UC and rent rise/contract name changes

Hi, does anyone have any advice for my tenant with regard to universal credit claims. She has recently separated from partner and I have recently requested a rent rise. UC want the rent rise form in her name which I cannot do due to the contract still being sorted between both parties. How does she approach this situation with UC? Thanks.
