rectify shower leak

Shower is leaking around shower controls in wall. It is a tenanted flat. Wood is rotten under the shower tray. Water running down behind tiled wall. Shower tray will need taking out along with tiles. Looking for a company to rectify the problems. Any recommendations will be appreciated. Flat is in Camden, London.
