Gun cabinet

My tenant, a farm contractor, has asked if he can keep a gun cabinet with guns in it in his flat.

I don't personally have a problem with it and appreciate him asking.

Apart from saying about making good when the cabinet is eventually removed, is there anything else that I must do or should consider?
