I had a brand new porch door fitted to property which cost me a lot. I recently found out tenant has fitted a ringbell without asking me and drilled holes to attach it. The tenancy states that any works done need my written permission which was not sought. I am absolutely fuming as the tenant has ruined door. Can I get him to pay for the cost of a new door, as filling holes in will not rectify the issue.
