Hi, I have a change of tenant 15 months after the EICR was done on the property. The expiry for the EICR is 5 years or change of tenant. I am sure i read something on here about the "change of tenant" bit not actually relevant as it should expire after a certain time period only. (can't find relevant post). Could i have your thoughts please? Do i need to have it done again?
