Hi, one of my tenants has left the property (other stayed) - he has sent a letter already stating he has left but has still kept the keys as he is planning to return to pick up stuff. Am I right in thinking if he has not returned keys, I can treat as if he has not yet ended his contract? (It would suit me as I am trying to ascertain some other details on a couple separating and shared deposit etc). Thanks.
