Can anyone recommend someone to draw up individual 999 year leases on flats I own

I own a property divided into 3 self contained flats which have been let to good Tenants for many years. I am thinking ahead when the time comes for me to sell each flat or pass them on individually to my family. I have had plans drawn for attachment to the leases for land Registry. I have asked my family solicitor about doing this which he can do but his charges seem exorbitant. Can anyone put me in touch with a qualified person who would do this at a reasonable price please.
