Can a rent increase after it has become a statutory tenancy, that the Tenant is happy to accept, be done via a letter or do I need to serve EPC, How to Rent, Gas Cert, re-register deposit (MY deposits insured) and give the usual explanatory deposit stuff? Of course, it relates to preserving Section 21. Thanks loads Tony
