Has anyone had difficulty with the freeholders not doing work externally on the building where you have a flat? they seem to be reluctant in replacing or fixing communal letterboxes where a couple have been damaged, also the outer door to the flats needs badly painting or replacing, they don't even answer phone calls or emails since I mentioned it, I need a new tenant but Iam concerned that when they see the outside it won't encourage decent people to rent there, has anyone else had similar experience?
