My tenant has an allocated parking space, clearly delineated by white lines, end of a row of five other spaces. Another tenant who does not have an allocated space within the courtyard is parking outside her property, which effectively blocks in my tenant when the adjacent car is parked (correctly) - no room to manoeuvre. We have left polite notes stating the vehicle should not be left where it is, but to no avail. We do not know the landlord or have any contact details. Next move?
