Breach of Contract
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

If L serves a Section 21 Notice and T doesn't leave after 2 months, can L claim damages for breach of contract/lease for failing to leave after 2 months, but waiting for possession order? Damages being related to L wanting to return back to the property and so storage fees and hotel costs.
