Hi All,

I'm a bit concerned about the impending EPC change to a C from 2025. I rent out 2 properties and have done since 2004. One of mine is an older property with no cavity between the brickwork meaning that remedial works would likely run into thousands to try and meet the C rating (if it is indeed even possible). I have 2 general questions:

  1. Is anyone else in the same position and do you have any thoughts on this?
  1. When I look around for companies who provide services to make improvements e.g. insulation etc, I find it quite difficult - vast majority appear to only provide services for people on benefits. I know the energy companies are basically in the frame for this, but I don't find it particularly easy to find information about who can provide what and at what cost. Does anyone have any advice or experience around this?

TIA
