Hi my tenant has dropped a bottle of Calpol into the bathroom sink/basin and it has cracked and made a hole in the sink/basin. It can't be used and has to be replaced. From reading around I think it is her responsibility (tenant) to pay for this damage not mine (landlord)? Or pay the excess for the insurance claim? Can someone clarify this for me thanks so much!
