I have a tenant who seems to be mopping the floor with a sunami of water. So much so the laminate flooring is now breaking up. It was from B&Q 14 months ago but they won't replace it because of the ultra wet mopping it gets. It was rubbish when I put it down in comparison with other laminates from Wickes.

I've looked at LVT vinyl tiles but they come out very expensive even before fitting. It's for a kitchen / diner but the kitchen area has ceramic tiles. I should have done the lot in ceramic but too late now as they are not available any more to do the dining are. They have twin one year old girls and two dogs so it needs to be regularly "sunami" washed. Any suggestions what floorcovering to use?

Thanks
