Agreement betwen lanlords and ltd

Hi,

Me and my wife are both landlords and we own a property in our names, we also own a limited company (property management). We are wondering if it's possible to sign an agreement between us and the company, where the company takes the full responsibility for managing our property. Basically we just want to get X every month and we are not interested in any details nor want to be involved in anything related to renting (i.e., we want company sign tenancy agreements on our behalf, company does all the necessary checks, company decides which tenants to pick, deals with any issues, etc...)

Can something like this be done? Could any one point us in the direction where we could start (any resources, templates, etc...)?
