Ending rolling month tenancy
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Good Evening,

I'm looking to serve notice under section 21 to take back possession of our property. We have decided to sell the property hence the need to serve notice.

Tenants are fully aware and are looking at new rental, is 2 months the minimum i can serve on section 21?

If so, can i use the form from NLA website or do i how to download the .gov one which is identical just different layout.
