BAD TENANT- have just has an awful tenant leave my HMO. he only had a 6 month contract, was dirty, rude to the other tenants, made far too much noise and was just generally vile to live with. He is of course now disputing the cleaning fee having left his room in a disgusting state which of course entails getting stuck in with the DPS scheme ( I did not do an inventory as its a single room bed/wardrobe/desk) and only a 6 month let. Im assuming he will not be asking me for a reference but is there a central data base of bad tenants that I can put him on to alert future landlords to his habits? thanks lizzie
