Good morning- I own a large HMO in Pimlico and due to a major increase in the electricity tariff I need to move from coin operated to smart meters- I am looking to purchase Iskra prepayment meters and use a subscription service called Meterpay which allows landlords to collect payment from tenants via the Meterpay portal. The current coin operated meters have worked well over the years but collecting over £10,000 per annum in coins is just not practical.

I would welcome any comments on this topic.

Best regards
