We have two student properties in Preston with a total of 60 bedrooms, a mixture of cluster flats and studio apartments and are next door to each other. We have a vacancy for a building manager/handyman. The hours can be somewhat flexible, it is approximately three full days a week. You will be the onsite representative, liasie with students and subcontractors to make sure the buildings are kept in good condition and requests for maintenace are dealt with in a timely manner. Salaray negotiable.
