CO Monitor Inbuilt Into Gas Boilers

Hello - I notice on my Gas Safety Certificates that my tenant's boiler already has a carbon monoxide (CO) alarm fitted, and it is tested as part of the annual landlord gas safety checks. As this is the only gas / solid fuel appliance in the property does this already comply with the CO requirements or do I need to supply a separate CO monitor?
