I am getting prospective tenants, who interested to rent out my property. I am offering them 12 month Tenancy agreement on AST, although they are interested in renting the property. They want to check whether the agreement would have a break clause post 6 months of the tenancy. Can you please advise what are my options and advise how to take this forward?
