Does anyone have any experience dealing with united utilities regarding lead replacement and new connections? I have a house in three flats and have independent bills for each though they are on one shared supply. I want to replace the one supply with three separate supplies and of course they want to charge me for 2 new supplies at a charge of £1000 each. I’m not happy with this as I’ve been paying for three independent bills for many years.
