Gas Certs for Accelerated Poss
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

I am currently looking into starting an accelerated possession procedure (N5b) and it wants all copies of gas certs during the tenancy. Everytime i get the latest/current cert (via email) from the plumber i just 'save it' over the existing file i.e i only have copies of the latest one. Will this be an issue? If it is, am i best doing a section 8 for rental arears and condition of the property etc?
