How much do we need to pay, and how much historically have we been happy to pay for the various certificates we must obtain to evidence our PRS property is indeed safe for occupation by our tenant?

Is the amount of money we are quoted proportional to the level of competence of those quoting to provide the needed certificates, and proportional to the quality of the work needed to deliver the information in the form of reports and certificates we receive?
