Supplying hot water when the tenant has been cut off from gas for years.

I have a tenant who has a boiler but does not want a gas supply! He says he now wants hot water ! He says he doesn’t like gas into the house and just prefers electric heaters ! He had been boiling water to wash and clean for years ! He now want hot water in the kitchen and bathroom but only by using electric! Any ideas would be appreciated!
