Cleaning at end of tenancy

Hi Guys

I have a room that has been left unclean at the end of a tenancy. What is a reasonable hourly rate to charge for my time to clean? I am the landlord and it would be me doing the cleaning. I rarely charge our departing house mates for cleaning (we have HMOs) but feel I am not unreasonable in making a charge for cleaning when the room was handed over to them clean and I get it returned unclean! Of course I've taken fair wear and tear into account!. Many thanks
