Trespassing the neighbour's path,HMO tenants anti-behaviour?

Good afternoon.

I am managing a HMO property and the neighbour complaint that our tenants walk up/down on their private path. Is this anti-social behaviour? I have told the tenants walk up/down using our own path.

I am not sure as a property manager, do we have a responsibility to deal with this behaviour? I search the anti-social behaviour during the tenancy and can not find out the details about Trespassing.

Hope that experienced managers give me some advice. Thank you so much!
