We have decided to sell our property. Our tenants have signed a AST agreement and our 12 month contract comes to an end on the 28th Sept 22. Are there any 'basic end of tenancy to tenant' letter templates that i can use to formally confirm this in writing to them? We have informed them today, giving more than the 1 month notice as per the contract. They refuse to allow access for viewings. So want to make sure any correspondence is correct, and they vacate accordingly on the day to avoid further delays in us selling.
