Hello everyone - I have a tenant who’s in arrears, her housing benefit is currently being paid direct to my letting agent.

The agent has agreed that UC payments from DWP can be paid direct to myself (as the landlord) but it looks as though I need my own creditor reference number.

I’m struggling to get in contact with anyone at DWP, can anybody help with how I can get my own reference number
