Rent increase percentage on AST

I am completing an AST for new tenant.
It is the May 2019 RLA edition
On page 4 A16 I need to fill in " The rent may not increase by more than a maximum of BLANK % through any single rent review."

We used to put 5% on there. With inflation being high, think it's 9.4% currently and rising would I be able to put" 10% or CPI whichever highest" without getting myself into trouble ?

When it was 5% on there we still only did low increases like 2 5% and only once a year.
