Advice Please -Increasing Rent -Issuing new 'Occupational Contract' or S13?

Hi All

I have agreed verbally and via txt message with tenant to increase rent by £25 per calkender month.

I was going to issue a standard S13 form (one month before rent payment date of the 15th) but was considering issuing an 'Occupational Contract' instead?

My reasons are that the old AST has a weekly amount 'ticked' as this suited the tenant at the time but he now pays monthly on the 15th.

Should i issue an 'OC' with the monthly increase, or do i issue a S13 and carry on?

Anyone advise please.
