just 'let' a 3 bedder, just have to shout out about marvellous OPENRENT. Previous use of OR was two years ago & noticed great improvements since.
Hey, no more ghost nonsensical replies, they advised because my advert was so popular, they were taking a special interest in that they'd automatically send my polite generic reply already lodged with themselves.
Most useful of all was the alert to those 'cloth- eared' applicants ignoring my robust criteria that those considered as ''candidates for a viewing'' would BE salaried workers CURRENTLY earning in excess of £40K pa .
This saved oceans of my time answering those window- shoppers waving their UC awards, or demanding a viewing simply because they were in receipt of UC & their house was damp. Like it was my fault, as it were!

Applicants were also revealing they had spoken to 'my' office who'd said x w & z about their low- earnings & was this correct?
My office must have indeed been OR, beavering away on my behalf.
My advert was transparent about WHO i'd offer a viewing to, so 'my office' knew darn well who I wouldn't allow over the threshold.
My advert had 30 pics, text allowed was more than generous, the advert quickly went to the other sites as mentioned, as did my regular updates. What wasn't to like....NOTHING at all..
All for £29, barring this forum....is that the best value around, or not?
