If I can ask for GDPR / Privacy Notices - Start of Tenancies.
Landlords are heavily regulated, what obligations / regs. if any apply to a Tenant holding Landlords personal data ? Tenants have names / addresses / email / Mobile / etc.
Are the Landlords personal details protected in anyway when handed over to a Tenant ?

Also when Tenants are asked ( NRLA - Documents ) Initial ever page of Inventory , maybe Addendum can the Landlord use an OPT Out clause whereby the Tenant signs to agree not to initial every page ?

Whilst I remember - Inventory IF Tenant did initial ever page of the Landlords copy do they also need to initial ever page of their own copy ? It is time consuming, although I know necessary yet can we not simplify the Admin / paperwork ? When / If Esigned it's usually one signature covers all contract / document so why not use an Opt out clause ? If this is acceptable ?

I had a 20 page document where Tenant missed out initialling 1 page .... What the heck, next Inspection they initialled said page.

If I can minimise paperwork I try to yet need to be sure all is in order IF needed for any disputes etc.

I'm a little old school - I have used / attempted to scan Electronically an Inventory document and provide a cover sheet - hard copy to Tenant to sign agreeing to accept in this format but still have a wet sign cover sheet for Inventory - save the planet & less paper work - If this is not acceptable perhaps it should be IF ALL Landlords can cut out many reams of paper is that not a good thing ?

Maybe all NRLA documents should be Electronic / Editable with just 1 cover page "IF needed" to Print Off to agree this is a valid format to be used during the Tenancy ? Wish List ! AST, Inventory, etc.

Thanks for your feedback.
